Soudal Quick-Step 2026 Race Kit Revealed: Enhanced Visibility & Safety Features (2026)

Soudal Quick-Step Unveils 2026 Race Kit: A Bold Evolution for Enhanced Visibility and Safety

Building on the success of the Shine for Safety initiative, Soudal Quick-Step Pro Cycling Team has unveiled a groundbreaking 2026 race kit that promises to revolutionize the team's iconic blue livery. This new kit, designed in collaboration with Castelli, introduces a bold electric-lime element, inspired by the team's commitment to visibility and safety. With this kit, Soudal Quick-Step aims to maximize rider safety, elevate visibility, and ensure performance across all conditions.

The electric-lime color, a bold departure from the traditional blue, is a strategic move to boost on-road visibility during races, training rides, and everyday use. This simple yet impactful change ensures that riders are more easily seen by other road users, a crucial aspect of safety. The kit also features an increased presence of Safety Jogger, a sponsor who shares the team's passion for safety, with their logo prominently displayed on the back of the shorts.

The design is the result of a meticulous collaboration with Castelli's design and performance experts, drawing on decades of experience to create a perfectly balanced kit. Alongside the race jersey, Castelli has developed a comprehensive range of apparel, from cold-weather layers to lightweight summer garments, ensuring riders maintain visibility and cohesion throughout the season. The famous wolf head logo, a symbol of the team's success, appears on the back of the jersey, alongside a gold star denoting the team's achievement of 1000 UCI race victories.

Belgian rider Tim Merlier expressed his enthusiasm for the new kit, stating, 'Anything that enhances our visibility on the open roads is a significant advantage. I love how this kit retains the team's classic look while providing that extra visibility. I'm proud to wear this kit in some of the biggest races and hope it brings us success.'

Steve Smith, Global Brand Manager at Castelli, highlighted the kit's innovative features, saying, 'The Soudal Quick-Step 2026 kit maintains the team's classic blue colors while incorporating an element of visibility for safety, especially during training. Additionally, the jackets and vests for cold and wet conditions will be in the electric lime color, ensuring visibility in all weather. But it's not just about visibility; the 2026 kits are more aerodynamic, lighter, and the winter jackets gain breathability thanks to AirCore™, Castelli's exclusive PFAS-free membrane technology developed with Polartec®.'

The 2026 kit represents a significant step forward in Soudal Quick-Step's commitment to safety and performance, combining style, visibility, and cutting-edge technology to elevate the team's success on the road.
